𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 – 𝑱𝒂𝒎 𝑱𝒂𝒓
We are sure most of you will have a jam jar or old pasta sauce jar lying around or one that is almost finished. Simply wash it out (well), fill with ice and ingredients, screw the lid on tightly and shake hard!
𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 – 𝑱𝒂𝒎 𝑱𝒂𝒓 𝒍𝒊𝒅
Your Jam Jar saves the day again! You can use the flat part of the lid as your strainer. Take off the ring part, offset the flat jar lid so there is a crack that will let liquid through as you pour while holding back the ice.
𝐌𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐫- 𝑾𝒐𝒐𝒅𝒆𝒏 𝑺𝒑𝒐𝒐𝒏
Every Irish household has a wooden spoon in the house from when they were young. Use the handle of a wooden spoon, preferably one that’s pretty heavy. And, when you muddle, always remember that you’re pressing the ingredients gently with just enough force to release their juices.
